SelfieQueen collects the information needed to operate the competition: email address, public display name, city/region if provided, submitted image, caption, votes, reports, and moderation records.
Submitted entries may be displayed publicly after approval. Email addresses are used for login, fraud prevention, and important account/competition notifications.
Images are stored with the configured file storage provider. Database records are stored with the configured Postgres provider. Admins may remove, hide, approve, reject, or crown entries.
Users can contact the site owner to request review or removal of their entry, subject to competition rules and legal obligations.
